Manufacture and supply of tents within the technical specifications of a typical family tent.
Lining Tarpaulin Features.
Lining canvas will be 70 gr / m² (± 20) polyevins woven polypropylene canvas.
Nylon rope is sewn on the head parts and there will be connection points on the lower skirts.
Insulation Properties.
The insulation will be a separate piece to cover the body part and will be 220gr / m2 ((± 20) bismuth aba with air bubbles in the middle and both sides covered with foil.
Skeloton Features
Carrier pipes will be 38x1,20 mm galvanized profile pipes.
Interconnection axles will be 32x1,00 mm galvanized profile pipes.
Side Height will be 1.50 m, Middle Height will be 2.30 m.
Width will be 4m / Length 6m.
The rear frontal canvas support pillar will be 1 and the side connection pipes will be 2.
Front front canvas door support pipe will be 2 pieces on the sides.
Exterior Coating Tarpaulin features.
The outer coating tarpaulin is 550 gr / m2 (± 50) water and snow water proof, UV-added special woven PVC synthetic tarpaulin, and the joints will be made with a high frequency automatic hot welding machine.
Other Features.
There will be 1 profile door on the front of the tent.
15x25x1,20 mm galvanized profile will be used in profile door manufacturing.
There will be 4 fiber tulle windows in total at the front and back. The lower part covering the top of the window will be a linked canvas cover.
There will be 1 chimney outlet sheet at the rear frontal part.
There will be 180 gr / m² (± 30) polyethylene floor tarpaulins with dimensions of 4x6 meters.
The body will be made in white / doors in gray.
